PFM Medical Overview
2KM have a name within the industry for adapting systems to meet market requirements. The Process Flow Mix (PFM) medical is the latest system for the processing of Liquid Silicone Rubber in medical clean room environments.
The traditional hydraulic drive has been replaced by servo actuators to provide the motive power for the metering of the silicone. The system has ratio monitoring as well as level control so the customer can dictate ratio accuracy or complete usage of the material containers.
The system is set up to operate from 20 or 205 litre drums and has full monitoring for quality audit and application control.
