Eight machines. One engineering philosophy.

Machines

Every machine is configured to your specific material, mix ratio and production requirements - not sold as a fixed, off-the-shelf unit. Select a machine below, or contact our engineering team for a recommendation based on your application.

Every PGM system is built around 2KM's core specialism - precise, independently-driven gear pump metering for two-component (2K) materials. From entry-level bench-mounted units to advanced, PLC-controlled systems with mass flowmeter monitoring, the range covers viscosities from free-flowing liquids to over 200,000 mPas, and production from short-run trials to continuous, high-flow manufacturing.

PGM 100 Spray

Spray-configured variant of the PGM 100 platform for polyurea and polyurethane coating applications.

PGN 100 Standard
PGM 100 Standard

2KM's most widely specified system - gravity-fed metering with options for heating, agitation and auto-refilling from bulk.

PGM 200
PGM 200

Pressure-vessel fed system for mid-to-high viscosity materials up to 50,000 mPas, from 4 to 200 litre vessels.

PGM 320
PGM 320

Advanced PLC-controlled system with mass flowmeter monitoring, built for higher-capacity, traceable production up to 500 litres per component.

PGM 400
PGM 400

Drum-fed via follower plates for high-viscosity materials over 50,000 mPas, dispensed directly from 205 litre drums or 20 litre pails without decanting.

PGM 420
PGM 420

The advanced variant of the PGM 400 platform, adding full PLC control and mass flowmeter monitoring for ratio verification and production traceability.

PGM Decanting
DECANTING SYSTEM

High-flow decanting from IBC or 205 litre drums, built for repackaging bulk material into smaller, application-ready containers.

Machines - FAQs

How do I choose the right PGM machine?

The right PGM machine depends on your material's viscosity, mix ratio and how it's supplied - from gravity-fed, low-viscosity systems (PGM 100 range) through pressure-vessel mid-range machines (PGM 200 and PGM 320) to drum-fed, high-viscosity systems (PGM 400 and PGM 420). Browse the machines above by these criteria, or contact our engineering team for a recommendation based on your specific material and application.

Am I stuck to a fixed mix ratio, or can the ratio be adjusted to allow different systems to be used?

No - every PGM system uses an independent drive for each metering pump, electronically linked so ratio and flow can be adjusted without mechanical changes. An 'invert' switch can also reassign which motor leads the pairing, giving a wide range of ratios and viscosities on the same machine.

What's the difference between the PGM ranges?

The PGM 100 range is gravity-fed and suited to lower-viscosity materials and general-purpose production. The PGM 200 and PGM 320 draw from pressurised vessels, handling higher viscosities and larger batch sizes, with the PGM 320 adding PLC control and mass flowmeter monitoring for traceable, higher-capacity production. The PGM 400 and PGM 420 are drum-fed via follower plates for the highest-viscosity materials dispensed directly from bulk packaging, with the PGM 420 adding full PLC control and mass flowmeter monitoring on top of the PGM 400 platform.

Does 2KM build custom machines?

Yes - every PGM system is configured to the customer's specific material, viscosity, ratio and production requirements rather than sold as a fixed, off-the-shelf unit. Our engineering team specs your machine, from pump sizing to control system and mixing head, based on your application.
